If you’ve applied to college, you’re understandably anxious to hear the results. For this reason, from UIE, we will tell you the publication dates of the admitted lists and we will provide you with details about the admission and enrollment process at our university.
When do admission responses come out in Spain?
In general, the universities of the different Autonomous Communities usually publish their lists of admissions for the ordinary phase during the month of July, while those for the extraordinary phase are published in September.
For example, in Madrid, the lists of those admitted will be published on July 14 (ordinary phase) and September 4 (extraordinary phase) at 9:00 a.m. On the other hand, in Catalonia, the assignments will be published on July 13 and can be consulted through the University Channel.
What is the university enrollment calendar in Galicia for the year 2023?
The Interuniversity Commission of Galicia (CIUG) has disseminated the university enrollment calendar in the Autonomous Community. This includes important information about when the university admission lists come out. In addition, it provides precise details about all relevant dates for students interested in enrolling in a Galician university institution.
1st ordinary call
- List of admitted students: 11th of June.
- Registration formalization: July 12-14.
2nd ordinary call
- List of admitted students: 15th of July.
- Registration formalization: July 16 – 17.
3rd ordinary call
- List of admitted students: 19th of July.
- Registration formalization: July 20 – 21.
4th ordinary and extraordinary call
- List of admitted students: 24th of July.
- Registration formalization: July 25 – 26.
5h ordinary and extraordinary call
- List of admitted students: 28th of July.
- Registration formalization: July 29 – 31.
6th ordinary and extraordinary call
- List of admitted students: 1st of September.
- Registration formalization: September 2 – 4.
7th call for vacancies (approximate dates)
- List of admitted students: 15th of September.
- Registration formalization: September 16 to 18.
8th call for vacancies (approximate dates)
- List of admitted students: 29th of October.
- Registration formalization: September 30 to October 2.
9th call for vacancies (approximate dates)
- List of admitted students: 11th of October.
- Registration formalization: October 12 and 13.
UIE admission and registration process
As part of our commitment to educational excellence, at UIE, we have established a rigorous admission process and registration. This consists of the following steps:
1. Inscription
There are 3 annual calls:
- 1st Ordinary Call: from January 30 to April 30.
- 2nd Ordinary Call: from May 2 to July 31.
- 3rd Ordinary Call: from August 1 to the beginning of the academic year.
2. Documentation
The required documents for the degree programs include the following:
- Photo ID with Spanish National ID Document or Passport.
- Certificates of qualifications for the 3rd and 4th ESO courses, as well as the 1st and 2nd year of the baccalaureate.
- Your academic record, if you have already started your university studies in another center.
- Accreditation of your level of English.
- Proof of payment of processing fees. In total it is €100.
3. Application
After completing your registration, you will receive a letter which will provide you with the steps to complete your admission application.
4. Admission
After receiving your application and evaluating your file, ee will contact you to coordinate admission tests . These consist of a skills questionnaire, general access test and English level test.
5. Interview
During the interview we seek to get to know you better, understand your interests, concerns and motivations to study at UIE.
6. Reservation
Make the payment to secure your place reservation. Once you have completed and validated your application, you will be able to pay the amount for the reservation. With this you will obtain the admission letter and secure your place in the program of your choice.
7. Final Process
We will inform you when the lists of those admitted to the university come out. Likewise, we will inform you about the deadlines and the process that you will have to follow to formalize your registration.
