Since UIE is a private university, the Degree in Business Engineering does not have a cut-off mark. You will acquire the knowledge and tools to evaluate the entire organizational environment. You will also be able to identify, formulate and develop projects for digital and ecological transformation, quality and continuous improvement. Without a doubt, you will have the basis for excellent business management.
You will be able to successfully face the challenges of a complex, competitive business future full of technological changes. Always in the context of the new European requirements for a green economy within the framework of sustainable development.
You will develop four types of skills throughout the entire degree. On the one hand, those of the engineering branch (mathematics, algebra, calculus, computing and information technology, etc.) and those linked to business management (organization, management, operations, logistics, production, etc.). Both are the foundation for advanced competencies such as the use of artificial intelligence strategies, quality management, operations, production, business continuity, and sustainability. On the other hand, your training will be completed with essential skills: ethical behavior, respect, tolerance, integrity, social commitment, cultural diversity,…
As a STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics) professional, you will become a nomad of knowledge and innovation, with the skills to face the challenges of the future.
You will learn from professionals with extensive experience and accredited academic qualifications, a key aspect for you to learn to do.
We will provide you with your first working experience through the internship program, which is part of the content of the degree.

The Bachelor’s Degree in Business Engineering has a duration of four academic years (240 ECTS credits). However, you can advance your studies with the summer semester, a unique opportunity that we only offer you at UIE.
To enroll in courses taught in English, students must have a level equivalent to or higher than B2 of the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages (CEFR).
At UIE we go one step further in your training so that you end up being the professional you have always dreamed of being. We do this through complementary training activities:
Practical workshops, conferences, company visits, congresses, non-curricular internships, seminars, language laboratories… And an endless number of academic and socio-educational activities organized by the university!

Once admission to the degree has been confirmed, it will be necessary to pay the amount corresponding to the place reservation. Once the payment has been made, a letter of admission will be received and the spot will be guaranteed for the student in question.
The €500 spot reservation is an advance payment on account of the oficial tuition fee and represents the student’s confirmation that he/she wishes to continue the enrollment procedures at UIE, thus guaranteeing his/her spot.
The reservation fee must be paid prior to enrollment. From UIE we recommend that the reservation of a place is made within a maximum period of 7 natural days from the communication of the admission to the degree program.
It is paid in one single payment before the beginning of the course, within the term stipulated by UIE.
The academic fee is billed from September to June, both months included. The academic fee is calculated by multiplying the number of credits in which the student is enrolled by the amount of the corresponding credit.
