UIE is an accredited public service and privately managed, non-profit university with its own campuses in A Coruña and Vigo and administrative headquarters in Santiago de Compostela.
It has three faculties:
• Faculty of Business Administration and Law
• Faculty of Health Sciences, Technology, and Management
• Faculty of Engineering and Business Technology.
And one Research Institute:
• University Research Institute (IUI)
In addition, it has an extensive Executive Education program, international education and its own degrees.
UIE is a student-centered institution, committed to excellence, research and academic rigor in all programs. It also has different scholarship plans where the fundamental requirement is talent and effort, giving priority to students with limited economic resources. Mentoring, mandatory tutoring, continuous assessment and new learning technologies in small groups are an essential part of our methodology.
