The Executive Master in Business is a program whose global purpose is to train professionals aiming for executive positions, focusing on the following:
- Building a global view of a company and the main market competitors.
- Instruction in the use of the necessary tools for strategy design and execution, as well as establishing indicators to verify its compliance.
- Working on key digital skills in every business area, in an environment of technological and organizational change, and with special attention to AI emergence.
- Establishing the necessary knowledge and skills for the interpretation, planification, and implementation of effective marketing strategies.
- Strengthening leadership by means of improvement of power skills in team management, in both personal and company capacities.

Methodology
The Intercontinental University of Business is based on methodological foundations that combine theoretical training with practical applications. The professors, active professionals in their specific fields, present their know-how in a participative way, as well as using real-life examples within their fields.
The program is divided into two modules. In the first module, the knowledge about how a company functions will be consolidated, whereas the second delves into more advanced competencies and skills. In addition, the participants will be divided into work groups, to provide networking and experience exchange.
At the beginning of the program and at the end of each of the modules, each participant will have an individual mentoring and monitoring session with the academic director with the aim of establishing individual objectives, tracking them, and achieving them.
Towards the end of the course, a “Business Game” will take place over the course of 3 days. This activity focuses on a company management web simulator and offers students the opportunity to apply all of the acquired knowledge during the program in a simulated environment. During this period, the participants will simulate the management of several departments of a company, which includes decision making, inputting data into the simulator, and the analysis of the results within different stages. This activity will be accomplished in groups in order to prepare and present the proposed tasks.
The program includes two international experiences in the Porto Business School and in the London School of Economics. The objectives of the study tours are to understand the impact of international politics in the creation of multi-sectoral strategies, amplify networking, and get to intensively became familiarized with an international business view.

Business Game simulates an international business strategy based on a competitive and rapidly evolving global company environment. This game will allow the participants to apply the knowledge acquired during the program in order to face a challenge as executives.
