Registration
Register to submit your application for admission
LIMITED ENROLLMENT
When do the next calls for applications open?
1st Call – From June, 30th to April, 30th
2nd Call – From May, 2nd to July, 31st
3rd Call – From August, 1st to the commencement of the academic year
Documents required
These are the documents you would need for your application for admission. Take your time to collect them:
- Photograph and ID card or passport
- Transcript with the current scores of the 3rd and 4th year Spanish Secondary Education and 1st and 2nd Baccalaureate (the scores obtained so far) .
- Your academic transcript in case you are currently pursuing an undergraduate program in another university or a vocational education program.
- Certificate of your English proficiency level (Cambridge, Trinity, British council, EOI, TOEFL,…) and other achievements.
- Proof of payment of the tests processing fees (100€, non-refundable).
- Photograph and ID card or passport
- Undergraduate diplomas or certificates.
- Full academic transcript.
- Certificate of qualification if available.
- Updated resume.

Once you register, you will receive an email with the next steps to complete your admission application and how to attach the required documentation.
Admission
Once we receive your application and review your credentials, we will get in touch with you to schedule the admission tests:
- Skills Questionnaire: spatial aptitude, numerical aptitude, abstract reasoning, and verbal aptitude.
- Standard College Testing (aimed at analyzing written expression skills and oriened towards the business world)).
- English level test.
Interview
Attend an in-person interview
The in-person interview aims to get to know you better – to understand your interests, concerns, why you wish to study at UIE, and what your expectations are.
Only candidates who have passed the written tests will be invited to the in-person interview, which will take place either at UIE campuses or through video conferencing.
Reservation
Reservation fee payment
Make your reservation fee payment. Once your application has been completed and validated, you can proceed to submit your spot reservation to receive the acceptance letter and secure your spot.
If you are coming from another degree program after having reserved your spot, you can apply for course credit recognition.
Final process
Attend an in-person interview
Submit the enrollment form:
UIE will contact you to inform you about the deadlines and process you will have to follow to complete your enrollment.
Learning agreement signing:
Once it is official that you are a part of the UIE big family, you will be required to sign an institutional learning agreement as part of the admission and enrollment requirements at the institution. This agreement outlines the specific terms of the relationship between the institution and its students, regulations, procedures, and the ethical commitments of both parties.
