There is no human group without conflicts. We must remove the fear of the word conflict (it contains positive realities, even if they hurt) and understand that it is something inherent to the group or team. We will always have conflicts, and we grow by overcoming them.
Good communication, with all that it involves (listening, empathy, assertiveness and appropriate language) must be present in all conflict management. In this program we will teach you how to reflect on how our communication should be, overcoming the necessary difficulties it has, how to define conflicts well and address them with an appropriate methodology that facilitates their resolution.
All of this focused on achieving objectives such as:
- Assimilate the keys to good communication, overcoming the difficulties that usually arise.
- Remove the fear of the word conflict by understanding the value and opportunity it contains.
- Be convinced of the need to face conflicts and not do like the ostrich.
- Learn a methodology and sequence of steps that facilitate the management and resolution of conflicts.
Organization and contents
The training workshop that we propose takes place over 16 hours, structured in 2 sessions of 8 hours each, with a very practical and participatory methodology.

Logistical aspects
The duration of the program will be 16 hours organized in 2 sessions of one session a week in two consecutive weeks, each lasting 8 hours.
The event dates will be October 20 and 27 2022.
The session schedule will be from 9:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. and from 4:00 to 7:00 p.m., including a group lunch from 2:30 to 4:00 p.m.
The program will take place in person in Santiago de Compostela, in the Centro Social Abanca facilities (Plaza de Cervantes)
It will be necessary for a group of at least 10 attendees to meet for its implementation.
Price and payment method
The program has a price of 490 € per attendee, a special price for Asemaco member companies. As it is a training action, the amount is exempt from VAT.

The program is susceptible to bonuses via Fundae (as long as the company and the attendee meet the requirements for this). UIE may carry out bonus management tasks; the fees for these efforts will amount to 10% of the subsidized amount.
