
The investment of Spanish companies in digital media has not stopped growing. According to data from the latest IAB Spain study, the Association of advertising, marketing and digital communication in Spain, if in January 2021 an investment growth between 5 and 8% was expected, the latest data reveal a growth that could reach 24%, which would place it above 3.7
billion euros.
This process affects both large companies and SMEs. But SMEs are finding it more difficult to adapt to the changes that the
new consumer profile demands. Studies indicate that the main brakes on the digitalization of companies are the lack of
digital talent, lack of knowledge and digital training of teams.
We want to be part of the solution and help companies from Boiro to take advantage of the opportunities of the digital environment.
To do this, we propose this SPECIALIZED PROGRAM IN DIGITAL MARKETING TOOLS FOR SMES.
Through this program we seek to provide companies and their managers and professionals with decision-making
capacity, especially in the field of relationships with the client and the market (owners, managers, commercial directors, directors marketing…) the concepts and tools that allow them to optimize their relationship with the environment through
digital media, especially with their current and potential clients.
To this end, different areas, related and linked, will be developed in the program, ranging from knowledge of the new digital environment and consumer behavior to the different ways of communicating with it (digital marketing, social networks, email marketing,…) to measuring the effectiveness of said communication (metrics, analytics,…), all with the ultimate goal of improving the impact of companies on their environment as a way to improve their results.

Organization and contents
The program is developed over 48 hours, orgnized in 6 training sessions of 8 hours
each, in which the following topics will be addressed:
- DIGITAL ENVIRONMENT: DIGITAL MARKETING TOOLS FOR SMEs. DIGITAL STRATEGY AND PLANNING
- RECRUITMENT FUNNEL METRICS AND WEB ANALYTICS
- SEARCH ENGINE POSITIONING STRATEGIES: SEO-SEM TOOLS
- THE DIGITALIZATION OF THE SALES CHANNEL: E-COMMERCE AS A STRATEGIC ALTERNATIVE
- TOOLS AND ADVERTISING ON SOCIAL NETWORKS: SOCIAL MEDIA MARKETING AND SOCIAL ADS
- THE LEGAL ENVIRONMENT AND THE ETHICAL PERSPECTIVE
Logistical aspects
The duration of the program will be 48 hours, organized into 6 modules of 8 hours each.
It will be taught in person, in a full day format, with the following celebration schedule:
The maximum size of the group is limited to 25 people, and will be formed in order of registration.
The sessions will be held full-day (morning 9:30 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. and 4:00 p.m. to 7:30 p.m.), and they will be held in Boiro, at the Asociación Boirense de Empresarios (Avda. da Constitución 85, Ent A. – Boiro).
