PROGRAM OBJECTIVES
The participant will learn, from a practical perspective, to:
- Create an annual operation plan based on the strategic plan.
- Know the different planification levels of the company.
- Handle tools to develop online control charts aligned with the strategic plan execution.
- Communicate the objectives to teams effectively.

Methodology
The program methodology combines theoretical instruction with a great deal of highly practical content.
The professors, active professionals in their specific fields, present their know-how in a participative way, as well as using real-life examples within their fields. By means of class debate and with the corresponding theoretical support, the participants will progressively construct the conclusions leading them to the objectives and competencies defined in each area.
Through a masterclass from a guess speaker, they will delve into a success model in budgetary control.

- Participants must elaborate and present a defined project on financial control about an existent company. This project must include the configuration of an annual operative plan based on a strategic plan, including its objectives, actions, and policies oriented to each department.
